Overview
We are looking for an AWS Business Operations Specialist to become part of our team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and expansion of our AWS-focused business, transforming extensive datasets into practical insights that reinforce our partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage various aspects of AWS business operations, such as CRM management, project coordination, process optimization, and client interaction.

Responsibilities
- Examine AWS sales and operational metrics, administer internal CRM platforms, monitor AWS ACE opportunities, and manage revenue, usage, and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with the Operations group to maintain data integrity and precision across both internal and external reports
- Spot and propose enhancements to operational workflows to maximize AWS business returns
- Help assemble financial reports and develop presentations for executive leadership
- Partner with project teams to support the efficient management and closure of AWS opportunities
- Aid in monitoring project schedules, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure objectives are achieved
- Take part in partner and alliance strategy meetings, including resource allocation and risk assessment
- Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, offering recommendations to improve business operations
- Apply operational best practices and automation to increase process efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s qualification in business, finance, IT, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the IT sector
- At least 3 years in roles involving leadership, management, ownership, architecture, or coordination
- A minimum of 2 years overseeing teams of 20 or more people
- Participation in at least 5 end-to-end project implementations or experience launching a product or major feature
- Proactive approach with the ability to organize, analyze, and leverage data-driven insights
- Proven background in business and partnership operations
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in interpreting financial information
- Project management expertise, including familiarity with project management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Capable of working independently as well as within a team environment
- Strong skills in problem-solving and making informed decisions
- Understanding of cloud security and compliance requirements
- High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a comparable position at a System Integrator (SI) or Global System Integrator (GSI)
- Ability to create automated self-service reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
