TRAIKK is a health technology startup developing AI-assisted ultrasound-based clinical decision support systems.
Requirements
- Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end AI product development processes (data → model → validation → deployment)
- Create and continuously develop TRAIKK’s AI strategy (model roadmap, data strategy, productization approach)
- Coordinate and directly manage the technical activities of AI, backend, and frontend teams
- Define architectural decisions, technology choices, and development standards for the AI development team
- Manage sprints, roadmaps, and milestones in alignment with the product and AI roadmap
- Proactively manage critical paths, dependency tracking, and technical risks
- Ensure the AI model lifecycle (data governance, traceability, explainability) complies with regulatory requirements during the CE certification process
- Synchronize AI development processes with clinical validation processes (data → label → model → clinical results)
- Establish and maintain a measurable and transparent project management system using tools like Jira, Confluence
- Provide regular reports to the management team on AI performance, product progress, risks, and KPIs
- Ensure AI model quality, security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance during product launch processes
- Expedite decision-making processes in cross-functional teams (AI, product, clinical, regulation) and provide technical clarity
- Develop and promote best practices, coding standards, and MLOps processes for AI teams
- Provide technical guidance and manage the performance of AI team members when necessary
