Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong headhunting track record in deep tech, semiconductors, AI, or hardware.
- Proven ability to close senior technical talent (staff/principal engineers, research scientists, technical leadership) end to end, on your own.
- Experience in fast-moving startups or scale-ups, ideally Series A through C.
- Deep network in the Israeli semiconductor and AI ecosystem (Tel Aviv, Ra'anana, Herzliya, Haifa).
- Sharp sourcing instincts and outreach that earns replies from hard-to-reach people.
- Comfort across geographies and timezones (Israel, US, France).
- You've designed processes from scratch, not just run them.
- Language: Hebrew and English at a proficient level.
