Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex, fast-growing environment.
- Strong experience owning QA processes for Salesforce or similar enterprise systems.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
- Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, permissions, reports, dashboards).
- Experience with release management, sandbox strategies, and change control.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically—balancing long-term scalability with immediate business needs.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
