Our successful Digital Marketing / Affiliate client is looking for project based contractual Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating in-house recruitment processes and cooperation with external recruitment agencies.
  • Working closely with the HR and Department Leads on managing and coordinating recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Personalized dealing with large numbers of emails, LinkedIn conversations and other channels (no auto-reply :) ).
  • Coordinating, liaising, booking and conducting phone/Zoom/Google Meet/Skype interviews.
  • Writing interview reports.
  • Managing the ATS system (Bamboo), with an accent on accounts and activity log.
  • Giving and receiving feedback from both Hiring Managers and job applicants.
  • Basic GDPR compliance (acquiring candidate's consent and/or resolving the data removal requests in the legal time frame)

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience with mid-level Recruitment, ideally in iGaming or IT.
  • Pronounced communication skills that can be used to deliver top-notch interviewing experience under the brand guidelines
  • Detailed and analytical person.
  • Genuine understanding of digital product development and teams.
  • Demonstrable portfolio (OK in a form of anonymized storytelling if under NDA) of successful hiring processes in digital recruitment.
  • Tech savvy with pronounced know-how.
  • Friendly person with a drive towards achieving results.
  • Sable internet connection of at least 15-20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
  • Quiet home environment / home office.
  • Reliable IT equipment (PC / Laptop, headset...).
  • English language - C1 or above, other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work in the CET time zone on a regular basis.
