International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

Join Our Global Recruitment Team as an International Talent Acquisition Freelancer, responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for diverse roles, collaborating with managers, and building relationships with candidates.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
• Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives).
• Proficiency in English and other any other languages.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons).
