Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Proposal Associate to join their team in Bulgaria. The role involves supporting all aspects of the proposal process, analyzing RFI and RFP documents, and facilitating internal and external opportunity management negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Clinical research, Pharmacy, Biology or Chemistry
- 3 or more years' experience in a health science or clinical research or pharmaceutical field
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
- Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with internal stakeholders, clients and Labcorp senior management
- Knowledge of proposal management software applications (e.g., Salesforce.com, Proposal Automation applications)
- Demonstrated text editing and writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
- Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Positive attitude and sense of urgency
