Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant specializing in Royalty Management to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing expert-level support, implementing solutions and driving continuous improvements across SAP FI/CO modules, intercompany royalties and related areas such as Settlement Management and Legal Licensing.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Settlement Management, FI/CO and Tax processes related to Royalty Management, ensuring solution implementation, validation and business support
  • Lead operational reporting for Legal Licensing and Intercompany Royalties, including custom ABAP and SAP BI reporting
  • Provide primary support during quarter-end closing periods for ICO Royalty systems, which may involve on-call duties
  • Conduct regular data quality checks for data distribution into BW, CO-PA and custom reporting tools
  • Configure and manage IP Owners for intercompany royalty processes
  • Support half-yearly SOX audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Design architectural concepts, analyze business requirements and define objectives to enhance functionality and performance
  • Assess, implement and customize SAP solutions to address current and potential business needs
  • Provide project go-live support and oversee activities until the steady operational state is achieved
  • Manage incidents, service requests and challenges affecting system performance or user experience
  • Drive automation, system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives for better efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and related processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience with SAP FI (GL, AR, AP), CO (PCA, CCA, COPA) and FICA (both AR and AP)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP BI (BW) and data extraction methods
  • Advanced understanding of intercompany business processes and input/output tax mechanisms
  • Expertise in extended withholding tax processes
  • Technological and functional expertise in SAP Settlement Management and SAP SD
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end BRIM processes, from SOM through CC to CI/FICA
  • ABAP development and debugging proficiency
  • Capability to assess business needs and deliver tailored SAP solutions
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
