Title: SmartCOMM Development Lead
We are looking for an experienced SmartCOMM Development Lead to join our team on a contract basis.
Lead SmartCOMM configuration & development (templates, shared content, XPath, rules)
Drive end-to-end delivery – design, build, testing & production readiness
Perform impact analysis & support large-scale template updates
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams & ensure quality deliverables
Required:
8–10+ years of SmartCOMM experience in enterprise CCM
Strong expertise in templates, rules, XPath & integrations (JSON/XML)
Experience with CCM migrations & core system integrations
Nice to have: Insurance domain, SmartCOMM Cloud, go-live support
