As a Technical Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for data center talent across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and collaborate with interview teams to ensure preparedness, quality assessments, and communication throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 3 years of full-cycle experience hiring for technical or data center operations roles within EMEA, or experience in similar mission-critical environments.
  • Experience implementing recommendations to solve staffing issues.
  • Experience in talent acquisition methodologies, including Boolean search techniques and optimizing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and build alignment across teams.
