Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We're looking for an Account Executive, MM, to drive sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with mid-market clients in Australia. This role will focus on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts.
Requirements
- Grow and own a targeted account list
- Develop a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies
- Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development representative, and managing inbound prospects
- Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data
