As an ISG advisor in the public sector, your focus will be on digital business building – shaping the future of our client’s businesses and creating transformative strategies to validate, launch, and scale new digital business models, products, and experiences.

Requirements

  • Up to 7 years recent experience in two or more of the following areas: Digital transformation, DevOps, Cloud services, End user technologies, ICT sourcing strategy development and execution, ITSM and SIAM, Telecommunications and managed network services
  • Experience focused on organisational transformation activities including shared services, operational improvement, and outsourcing/offshoring
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly developed analytical skills
  • Strong commercial acumen – developing business cases, presenting funding and investments models, understanding of client budgets, and completing commercial offerings
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities through to executing high-quality deliverables
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of MS-Office suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
