Join The New Rich as a Staff Software Engineer to contribute to the development of our next-generation creator platform and software tools. We're looking for someone with 8+ years of software engineering experience, a proven track record of designing and scaling complex distributed systems, and a passion for solving complex problems. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will work across our stack (PHP 8.2 / Laravel 10), Node.JS, Golang, and React frontend (React 18 + TypeScript + Vite), and AWS infrastructure, contributing directly to production code while helping improve workflows, documentation, and processes. Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven experience designing and scaling complex distributed systems
- Experience working on high-growth products or platforms
- Background in one or more of: marketplaces, social platforms, payments/fintech systems, SaaS infrastructure
