Responsibilities:

  • Grow the partner network by attracting new clients and strengthening the company’s market position;
  • Present and demonstrate paytech products, identifying partner needs and interest;
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, achieving and exceeding KPIs;
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering optimal paytech solutions to support business growth;
  • Maintain a client-focused mindset and contribute strategically to paytech’s market leadership.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry, with a solid understanding of the structure and organization of a payment gateway / payment institution (experience working in SaaS companies will be considered an advantage);
  • Working experience as an active sales professional or in business development, willing to take responsibility and achieve success together with the team;
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to find optimal and well-balanced solutions, focusing on the success and growth of both the client’s business and the company;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to present effectively at all levels, including C-suite audiences;
  • Superior self-organization and discipline, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments;
  • Willingness to attend relevant events to network with prospective partners and promote paytech’s solutions.
