Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer in fast-paced environments
- Solid expertise in Java & Spring Boot
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS is a plus) and relational databases
- Financial Precision: care deeply about performance, data integrity, and transactional consistency
- Teamwork and Communication: excel at cross-functional collaboration and communicate complex technical ideas clearly
- Passion and Language Skills: passionate about FinTech, wealth management, or startup environments and fluent in English
