At Alan, we are looking for a Business Segment Lead to reach market leadership in their given segment. The role requires articulating a vision, defining priorities, and making strategic decisions based on market insights. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams and collaborate with other segment leaders to build knowledge and create alignment.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of prior experience leading a business (product category, business segment, etc.)
- Fluent in both English & French
- An exceptional ability to establish transversal influence
- Used to analyze and manipulate data to build a 360 degree view of your market
- A strong business sense while being able to go deep into product considerations
- Able to articulate clear strategies in spite of complexity/uncertainty
- A prior experience working with senior leadership
- Able to adapt fast and not afraid to go on the field to support your team mates and learn from them
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) either Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid or Barcelona
- For this role, we are looking to hire within the E-F level range
