The Director, QMS BPO, Quality Issue Escalation, Risk & Knowledge Management is responsible for managing escalated GxP and Quality incidents, initiating prevention measures, and maintaining incident management processes within regulated environments. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and proactive approach to quality and risk management.

Requirements

  • Develop, maintain and implement GxP/Quality incident management processes
  • Manage and oversee GxP and quality-related issues and incidents
  • Partner with manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, and other stakeholders
  • Drive and support comprehensive root cause investigations
  • Ensure regulatory and GxP compliance
