Overview

We are looking for a Senior Security IAM Developer to strengthen enterprise identity and access management by building, integrating, and supporting secure Okta-based authentication and lifecycle workflows. You will partner with security and IT teams to deliver reliable SSO/MFA experiences and resolve access issues end-to-end—apply to help protect our clients’ environments.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize enterprise Okta environments across SSO, MFA, Adaptive Authentication and app integrations
  • Build and maintain user lifecycle workflows using SCIM and Active Directory integrations
  • Handle L2/L3 incident triage for access issues and authentication failures within defined SLAs
  • Perform root-cause analysis and produce clear RCA documentation for incidents and recurring problems
  • Onboard SAML and OIDC applications, configure attribute mappings and validate end-to-end access flows
  • Monitor Okta System Logs and support audit, compliance evidence and security review requests
  • Manage IAM tickets, incidents, changes and approvals through established ITSM workflows
  • Develop scripts and lightweight front-end customizations to automate and enhance IAM processes

Requirements

  • Extensive Okta administration experience (3+ years) across SSO, MFA, Adaptive Authentication and app integrations
  • Strong SCIM and Active Directory integration experience for user lifecycle management
  • Proven L2/L3 incident triage experience in SLA-driven environments, including RCA documentation
  • Hands-on SAML and OIDC onboarding experience, including attribute mapping management
  • Solid audit and compliance skills using Okta System Logs monitoring and security review support
  • Strong ITSM workflow experience handling IAM tickets, incidents, changes and approvals
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
