Wattpad is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Digital Sales Account Executive to join its growing Direct Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, pitching, and closing brand partnerships and will play a key role in helping global and U.S. brands engage Gen-Z audiences through Wattpad’s creator ecosystem, content IPs, and media inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing
  • Proven ability to independently prospect and close deals with direct clients and agencies
  • Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and selling creative marketing solutions beyond standard media buys
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling, fandom culture, and the web-novel ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about achieving ambitious sales goals
