As a Lead Designer, Web (Digital Experience) at Jasper, you will own the end-to-end digital experience of Jasper, including design, structure, and evolution of the website. The role involves operating in a build–test–learn environment, using AI-native workflows to move fast, iterate often, and deliver measurable impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning or leading website design end-to-end
- Expertise in Webflow or similar modern web platforms
- Deep understanding of AI-native workflows, including AI-assisted coding, automation, and using AI tools to accelerate execution
- Strong systems thinking mindset
- Experience working in performance or growth environments
- Strong communication skills with a strategy-first mindset
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments, making decisions quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
- Passion or curiosity for AI and its impact on how modern teams work and build
