Job Title:Digital Implementer — Web, SEO & AI Search

    OVERVIEW: HIGH-LEVEL:

  • Takes approved designs and source-of-truth docs and turns them into live sites (starting with Astro + Vercel for landing pages).
  • Owns deployment, domains/DNS, SSL, redirects, forms, Mailchimp/CRM integrations, and analytics.
  • Implements technical SEO (titles, meta, canonicals, sitemap, schema, internal links, performance) and basic AI-search readiness (semantic HTML, structured data, clear content blocks).
  • Supports our maintenance retainers and, when needed, prepares clean handoff packages for clients who want to take over.This is an execution and operations role, not a strategy role.

    The chain is:

  • Zero to Revenue owns sales and methodology.
  • Designer owns the visual system.
  • Digital Implementer owns the live digital layer and keeps it healthy.

    JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    What they do:

    Take POC’'s structured Astro site starter + brief → production website (SEO, forms, analytics, deployment, maintenance).

    Production flow:

    POC (Mr T): Claude/Cursor Astro starter + strategy brief

    ↓

    IMPLEMENTER: Production hardening → Live AI-SEO site

    ↓Gate 6 approval

    CLIENT: Live, measurable website

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    MUST HAVE Skills:

    Technical:

  • 3+ LIVE Astro sites (Vercel deployed)
  • Vercel: DNS/SSL/redirects/domain management
  • Git for handoffs
  • Forms → Mailchimp/CRM (live examples)

    SEO (Traditional + AI):

  • Technical SEO: schema, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals
  • AI-search: semantic HTML, llms.txt, FAQ/HowTo schema
  • Citation-friendly structure for AI answers

    Operations:

  • GA4 + Search Console setup
  • End-to-end form testing
  • Site monitoring/maintenance

    Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Claude/Cursor code refinement
  • Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) awareness
  • Java Script experience

    NOT Looking For:

  • No Astro experience
  • Designers who "sort of code"
  • Generalists without production ops
  • Creative types who improvise strategy

    Target Profile:

  • 3-5+ yrs PH senior frontend + ops
  • Systems thinker, executes briefs literally
  • Strong async English
  • Comfortable with structured handoffs
