About the Role

We’re looking for a Community Manager (Candidate / VA) to engage and nurture Wing’s growing community of applicants and virtual assistants. This role ensures the candidate pipeline stays warm and active, reducing MIA drop-offs and improving conversion from application to onboarding. You’ll act as both a community builder and communication strategist — keeping candidates informed, motivated, and connected to the Wing brand throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community management, marketing, or candidate engagement.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Experience managing Facebook groups, Discord servers, or similar online communities.
  • Organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple engagement activities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with talent funnels, recruitment communication, or BPO hiring processes is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in recruitment marketing or candidate relationship management.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement tracking tools.
  • Experience hosting virtual events, webinars, or live Q&A sessions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas that resonate with remote professionals
