Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience
- 2+ years in a staff or principal-level individual contributor role
- Highly skilled in responsive web design and native mobile applications
- Proficient with design tools like Figma and comfortable implementing design changes in code
- Strong AI fluency and user research methodologies
- Exceptional brand sensibility and visual taste
- Experience designing for diverse user bases and civic, social impact products
- Ability to communicate complex design decisions clearly
