ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Manager for Trade Finance Infrastructure, you will lead the development and execution of our trade finance solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders — to define the product vision, prioritize features, and ensure our solutions meet the needs of businesses in the B2B trade space. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regional regulations while delivering a seamless user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define and execute the product roadmap for trade finance infrastructure solutions, aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, data science, design) to develop and enhance trade finance products.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
• Ensure the platform meets local regulatory and compliance standards in Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of product initiatives.
• Lead user testing and gather feedback to continually improve product features and user experience.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to effectively position and communicate product offerings to customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in financial technology or B2B commerce. (Fewer years considered if your skills are exceptional — we encourage you to apply.)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of trade finance processes and challenges in the MENA region.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present product visions to various stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.
• Established experience working on SME or Fintech projects.
