Requirements

  • Identification of market and business opportunities in the Enterprise Asset Management and Facility Management sector in Germany
  • Acquisition of new customers via phone, video call, social selling, and personally on-site for the sale of our EAM & CAFM software CareOffice
  • Professional negotiation on the decision-maker level
  • Building and maintaining sustainable business relationships in Germany
  • Preparing extensive offers and solution concepts, which are tailored specifically to customer interests and their application landscape
  • Close cooperation with the internal department, project leaders, product owner, development, and marketing
  • Representation of the company at trade fairs, events, and in social media
  • Several years of practical experience in sales management and business development including revenue responsibility
  • Technical education/study with a sales or business economics further education of advantage
  • Convincing communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Networked thinking, entrepreneurial sense, and high self-motivation
  • Independent, structured, and result-oriented way of working
  • Proficient handling of software (Windows, Office, ERP, EAM/CAFM v.V.)
  • Very good German and good English knowledge
  • Travel readiness within the DACH region (especially in Germany and Switzerland)
