Requirements
- 7-12 years in software engineering
- 3+ years in an engineering leadership role owning a team directly
- Proven track record managing and growing small-to-mid-size engineering teams in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong full-stack understanding: backend systems, frontend delivery, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and API design
- Experience inheriting and stabilizing broken or scaling infrastructure
- Excellent people manager
- Strong communicator upward and downward
- Highly structured and process-oriented, but pragmatic
- Entrepreneurial by nature
