We are looking for a Senior Growth Acquisition Specialist to design, lead, and optimize complete acquisition strategies with a focus on business impact. As a Senior Growth Acquisition Specialist, you will master Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, and work in an environment where experimentation is systematic and data guides every step.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in acquisition/Paid Media multichannel.
- Previous experience in agency, managing multiple clients and contexts.
- Advanced mastery of acquisition platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads).
- Practical knowledge of SEO and GEO applied to acquisition and demand generation.
- Practical knowledge in platforms such as Amazon Ads, Criteo, DV360.
- Use of AI tools applied in analysis, creativity, automation or campaign optimization.
- Analytical capacity to take decisions based on data.
- Demonstrable experience in managing advertising budgets above 100K/month.
- Intermediate High English level (minimum B2).
- Strategic thinking and business-oriented mindset.
- Autonomy in taking complex decisions.
- Prioritization and business criteria capacity.
- Clear and secure communication with clients and teams.
