Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABAP Developer with FICA / CI expertise to join our team for a greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of change requests and bug fixing in BRIM area
- Support on Development of adhoc ABAP requirements such as reports, etc.
- Support our functional stakeholders on analysing errors or processes such as debugging
- Participation on projects in BRIM area as developer
- Support our team on monitoring activities in area of FICA and CI
- Support our functional stakeholders on standalone tasks such as building queries to foster data
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA platform
- Proficiency in ABAP Object-Oriented (ABAP OO) programming
- Solid technical expertise in the areas of FICA / CI
- Understanding of security, efficient code reuse, and software design
- Demonstrated ability to write efficient, reusable code
- Knowledge of software design best practices
- Demonstrated perseverance and problem-solving skills, especially when troubleshooting complex issues
- Humble attitude with the ability to accept feedback
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; strives for high-quality, well-structured work
- Proven reliability and dependability in meeting commitments and deadlines
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think beyond immediate tasks and consider broader impacts (“look over the edge”)
- Curiosity and a desire to understand the purpose behind tasks and projects
- Proactive, takes initiative, demonstrates ownership, and shows self-confidence in tackling challenges
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF)
- Proficiency in SAP ALE and Idoc processing
- Hands-on knowledge of BRF+
- Familiarity with SAP OData and RESTful web services
