The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project documents, preparing detailed cost breakdowns, and collaborating with various teams to ensure estimates are comprehensive and aligned with project requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field operations with an AU based client.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, labor costs, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in estimating software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and preferably Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to changing circumstances or project scopes.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude focused on achieving project goals.
