ServiceNow HRSD Senior Specialist
Remote in Canada
The ServiceNow HRSD Senior Specialist serves as the dedicated HR resource for the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module. This role partners closely with global ServiceNow platform developers to design, configure, and maintain HRSD solutions while ensuring alignment with overall platform governance and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Configure and develop HRSD workflows, business rules, catalog items, and user interfaces
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform
Partner with IT developers to ensure alignment between HRSD and ITSM modules
Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and design effective solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to ensure system stability
Maintain documentation and provide training to HR users
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow governance, security, and best practices
More about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow experience, ideally HRSD or ITSM
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
HRSD Implementation Specialist certification preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
