The Product Lead, Transparency will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for everything a regulated product needs to launch and scale, including client onboarding, customer risk rating, and transaction risk management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Significant time leading PMs and shipping compliance, financial crimes, payments, or banking infrastructure products
- People management experience leading and growing a team of senior PMs across multiple squads or workstreams
- Deep financial crimes / compliance product expertise
- Platform product experience
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction regulated businesses
- Strong technical fluency
- Cross-functional leadership at scale
