We're looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to support a growing accounting software business. This role blends business development, admin, and basic marketing support, with a strong focus on outreach and client engagement.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience working with or selling software (SaaS), ideally within accounting or finance, is highly preferred
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Xero, along with a strong understanding of accounting firm processes within the Australian context.
  • Experience with CRM tools and basic marketing platforms is an advantage, familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Clandestine, and MailChimp would be considered a plus.
