Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Loyalty Strategy, CRM, or growth marketing
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience using or actively exploring AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, or generative AI applications
  • Deep expertise in retention marketing, customer segmentation, lifecycle strategy, and loyalty program design
