We’re looking for a Training Delivery Manager to lead and manage our team of Trainers and Assessors, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of our online programs.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, performance, and day-to-day delivery. You’ll be responsible for how the team operates, how work is managed, and ensuring students receive a reliable and high-quality experience.
About the role
You’ll lead the delivery team, managing workloads, monitoring performance, and ensuring assessment turnaround times are met.
You’ll also play a key role in improving how we operate, bringing more consistency across courses, and ensuring we are using our resources effectively while maintaining strong student outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee trainer workloads and resourcing to ensure balanced, efficient and timely course delivery.
- Lead, coach and support trainers through performance management, regular 1:1s and ongoing capability development.
- Maintain a high-quality, consistent student experience by monitoring delivery, feedback and implementing improvements.
- Ensure trainer compliance, onboarding and delivery standards are met, embedding best practice ways of working.
- Act as the central point of contact for delivery, driving clear communication and alignment across a remote team.
- Hold a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) with strong experience in the VET sector, ideally in an online delivery environment.
About you
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including performance management, coaching and development.
- Demonstrated experience managing workloads and making effective resourcing decisions to support delivery.
- Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, capable of working across multiple courses without being the subject matter expert.
- Adaptable and confident leading remote teams, balancing quality outcomes with operational efficiency in a changing environment.
