Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, seeking an Art Director, Web Design to guide the strategic direction, execution, and continuous evolution of their marketing website.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing
- Deep understanding of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development
- AI: Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies; experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences or using AI tools as part of your design workflow.
- A portfolio that includes examples of work related to AI-powered features, AI-assisted workflows, or experiments with AI tools.
- Proven success managing web initiatives in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- Exceptional communicator who can manage input and expectations across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms.
- Adept at balancing brand integrity with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in agile environments and/or with developers and marketing operations teams.
