Requirements
- Deliver outcomes of assigned projects; work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility
- Enhance complex systems/processes
- Represent SAP to customers
- Communicate clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand
- Advocate for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors & usage patterns
- Promote User Experience
- Revises and updates existing programs and provides required documentation
- Facilitate the service lifecycle and product lifecycle
- Acts as a technology expert to execute technical feasibility studies / solution reviews
- Define / review technical blueprint for internal IT projects
- Customize and develop enhancements
- Implement solutions
- Provide technical documentation
- Acts as a cross functional technology expert to execute and support problem management and continuous improvement
- Participate in de-escalation activities
- Contribute to the Build to Run engagement
- Contribute to the definition of technical standards and frameworks
