Job Summary

We are seeking anExpert-Level AI Automation Specialistwith 3-5 years of experience in business process automation, AI-driven workflow integration, and API-based solutions. This role is critical in streamlining operations, integrating AI solutions, and enhancing business efficiency through automation. You will play a key role inoptimizing workflows, developing AI-powered solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Automation

  • Design, develop, and implementend-to-end automation workflowsto optimize business operations.
  • Automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual work, and increase operational efficiency across departments.
  • Utilizelow-code/no-code automation tools(Make.com, Zapier, Selenium, Python scripts) to streamline processes.

AI Integration & Prompt Engineering

  • Develop and optimizeAI-powered workflowsusing tools likeChatGPT, Claude, Synthflow AI, and Vapi.
  • ImplementAI-driven solutions for customer interactions, chatbot automation, and data processing.
  • Leverageprompt engineeringto refine AI-generated outputs for various business applications.

API Integration & System Connectivity

  • Build and maintainAPI integrationsbetween platforms such asShopify, Webflow, OpenAI, Make.com, and WordPress.
  • Developcustom automation scriptsto connect and synchronize data across different business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues to ensure smooth operations.

Sales Funnel & Marketing Automation

  • Automatelead generation, email marketing, and appointment schedulingfor sales and client acquisition.
  • OptimizeCRM automationusing HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, and Airtable to manage customer relationships.
  • Implement automation workflows forlanding pages, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.

Inbound & Outbound AI Voice Agent Development

  • DevelopAI-powered voice agentsfor inbound and outbound communications.
  • Implementspeech-to-text and NLP-driven solutionsfor improved customer engagement.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate customer interactions and reduce human intervention in repetitive tasks.

Workflow Streamlining & Optimization

  • Organize and optimizebusiness workflowsfor enhanced productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously analyze and refineprocessesto ensure peak performance and scalability.
  • Providetraining and documentationto help teams effectively utilize AI-driven automation tools.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • UtilizeExcel 365, Airtable, SQL and database automationfor structured data management.
  • Generatedata-driven insights and reportsto support strategic decision-making.
  • Implement automated reporting systems to track performance and optimize workflows.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 yearsof experience inAI automation, process automation, or workflow optimization.
  • Strong expertise inAI-powered automation tools(ChatGPT, Claude, Synthflow AI, Vapi).
  • Proficiency inAPI integrationsbetween platforms such asShopify, Webflow, OpenAI, Make.com, and WordPress.).
  • Expert inlow-code/no-code automation platforms(Zapier, Make.com, Selenium, Python scripting).
  • Experience withCRM automation(HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Airtable, Pipedrive).
  • Knowledge ofsales funnel automation, chatbot development, and AI voice agents.
  • Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Office 365, and data automation tools.
