We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-performing sales team in a remote sales job, generating qualified leads, building prospect pipelines, and supporting Account Executives in closing deals.

Requirements

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to create sales opportunities
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
  • Personalize outreach messaging to target ICPs and buyer personas
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs (calls, meetings booked, pipeline generated)
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
