We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-performing sales team in a remote sales job, generating qualified leads, building prospect pipelines, and supporting Account Executives in closing deals.
Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to create sales opportunities
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
- Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Personalize outreach messaging to target ICPs and buyer personas
- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs (calls, meetings booked, pipeline generated)
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
