Requirements
- Oversee and manage customer orders via the website and phone, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule site deliveries with logistics and delivery partners.
- Provide high-level customer support, including handling inquiries, sales calls, and product recommendations.
- Manage and optimize the online product catalog, including listings, categories, and website appearance.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline order processing and operational workflows.
- Validate order details, invoices, and pricing, ensuring no errors.
- Analyze order and delivery costs to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Prepare quotations and sales-related documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Monitor key metrics and report on operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
