The Senior BIM Specialist I is a senior production role for team members who have chosen a career path in modeling, documentation, and BIM coordination. You’ll bring deep Revit expertise to your projects, leading the modeling workflow, managing model structure and health, and ensuring TEECOM’s deliverables are accurate, organized, and fully coordinated.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, BIM execution, and construction documentation across multiple projects
  • Ability to manage and maintain coordinated Revit models, produce accurate documentation with minimal oversight, and resolve production issues independently
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage BIM workflows across several projects, lead coordination-focused production tasks, and support engineers and project teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub
