The Human Resources Business Partner is a key member of the People Operations Team, supporting culture and engagement of 22,000+ Team Members, directly supporting Field leaders and Team Members, and ensuring the right people and capabilities to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • HR Business Partner experience leading multi-unit concepts (hospitality experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High level of capability in change management
  • History of leadership roles with companies that are culture-forward
  • Use sound judgement and has strong decision-making skills
  • Remain accountable for high personal and professional standards of conduct
  • 5+ years of professional HR work experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • BA/BS required
