What you’ll do
  • First-line support: interaction with employees at their workplaces to perform initial task assessment and resolve local software and hardware issues
  • Support of Symantec SES antivirus clients
  • Printer support and troubleshooting printing issues
  • Escalation of issues to higher support levels when they fall outside the area of responsibility
  • Purchasing software, equipment, and services from local providers, as well as interaction with internet providers to resolve возникающие проблемы
  • Maintaining records of office equipment and software assets
What you bring
  • Administration of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
  • Understanding of basic OS mechanisms and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Understanding of how IP networks work and the ability to diagnose network issues
  • Russian and English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Tools & Technologies: Windows, Linux, macOS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Symantec SES client
