Join Ivanti’s global product team as a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of intelligent virtual assistants, chatbots, and modern collaboration capabilities for Ivanti’s Service and Asset Management portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading enterprise UX/UI initiatives (ITSM/ESM ideal)
- Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design and development, with skills in Angular or similar UI frameworks
- Familiarity with AI technologies, conversational interfaces, and IT Service Management domains
- Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize customer needs, define user journeys, and drive solution ideation
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact enterprise SaaS products
