They are looking for a Director/Senior Director of Hardware Product Engineering to own the end-to-end success of their core living-room hardware product, shaping the hardware that enables active play experiences for families and kids.
Requirements
- Serve as the single accountable owner of the core living-room hardware product
- Partner deeply with Product Design during early concept and product development
- Drive hardware innovation and R&D
- Lead architecture, platform, and key technology decisions
- Own the product across its full lifecycle
- Deliver the product to commitments on scope, timing, performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- Drive regulatory compliance and localization to support international expansion
- Lead field issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to continuously improve quality and safety
- Build and lead a high-performing Hardware Product Engineering organization
- Partner closely with Software, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Commercial teams
