Superside is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to create high-impact digital experiences across web, product, email, and scalable design systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered, enterprise-grade solutions for leading global brands.
This role requires a designer who actively integrates AI into their workflow, not as an experiment, but as a core part of how they research, design, and deliver. At Superside, AI is infrastructure. We expect you to actively integrate AI into research, exploration, production, and QA workflows and help push our collective capability forward.
What you'll do:
Design user-centric, visually engaging interfaces across Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design
Translate complex processes into intuitive, user-friendly designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver creative solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts effectively
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
Ensure designs meet web accessibility, responsiveness, and user experience best practices
Contribute to building and maintaining scalable design systems
Present and articulate design ideas to internal teams and customers with clarity and confidence
