Datavant is a data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare, and we're looking for a Director, Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end technology integration for mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or related experience
- Industry certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, and/or Agile and Scrum Certifications
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs
- Direct experience with M&A integration, or large-scale system integration
- Strong understanding of design and implementation of complex technical solutions
- Proven ability to influence without authority across senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar
- PMP, PgMP, or Scrum certifications (nice to have)
