Fortive is seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow developer to help support its global ServiceNow environment. The role offers the opportunity to work across many ServiceNow modules and develop solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards, low-code/no-code, configuration-not-customization and other best practices.
- Maintain a high standard of code quality by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code optimizing for performance
- Act as Tier 3 escalation point for the ServiceNow Operations team to assist with resolution of issues with ServiceNow applications or integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements and recommend improvements.
- Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in process design workshops and kaizen events.
