University of Colorado Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will identify operational revenue cycle performance improvement opportunities through proactive data collection, analysis, and interpretation, and communicate this insight to key decision makers. This is a remote position that can be performed 100% out of state.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, or business-related field
- 7-10 years relevant experience in physician billing or hospital environment
- Expert level proficiency in report development using SQL Server Management Studio and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in AthenaIDX, STATA, Python, or R (or similar data science tool/language), and visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Epic Clarity Certification (in any Clinical and/or Revenue Cycle modules) is a plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to ensure project timelines are met
- Experience in Six Sigma or similar methods for process improvement initiatives is preferred
