Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Deep experience or knowledge of clinical genomics and variant interpretation
- 3+ years of software product management experience in a biotech laboratory, ideally within a clinical setting
- Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into production workflows
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to translate complex technical/biological nuances into clear, actionable product needs
