Kake is hiring a Senior Data Engineer (AI/LLM Trainer).

Location: LATAM. Remote work.

Responsibilities:

Work directly on training and evaluating AI systems: putting agents through real terminal work
Set the bar with high-quality reference code
Shape the signal that makes the models better over time

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a DevOps, Security, or Data Engineer
Strong coding fundamentals
Terminal-Bench experience is a big plus
Comfortable both writing and reviewing technical work at a high bar
